Detailed Itinerary

Day 1, 2 - Delhi ​

Arrive at Delhi airport, transfer to hotel/homestay and relax. Evening, you will be wandering at the vibrant Connaught Place market, gazing at the Delhi nightlife along with tasting Delhi mouth-watering cuisine including street food.

The next day, after breakfast, we start your Delhi tour cycling or Rikshaw tour of Old Delhi’s Whole Sale and spice markets. See the everyday life of struggling people and do not miss out on the famous “Parathe wali gali”. Move on to see Jama Masjid, the biggest gathering mosque of India, and later Qutub Minar, a medieval time absolute stunner monument. Spend time with the tour guide and later Janpath tour for your Shopping fantasies.

Two Weeks Of Rishikesh Retreat And Spiritual Trekking To Gomukh ​

During our two weeks of Spiritual Retreat, you will be staying the first week at the Rishikesh Retreat and in the second week you will be trekking up to the Gomukh Glacier. Gomukh is the very sacred Glacier and the source of the holy river Ganga.

We conduct various sacred rituals at the exact source and deeply engage in walking meditation with the help of Ancient Mantras. Your never-before-seen chance for spiritual development and self-realization will be enhanced by the enchanted mountains where unspoiled wilderness combines with the meditative energy of yogis and ancient pilgrims.

What to expect from the first week of your Spiritual Retreat Ashram

The Ashram is located at the banks of the holy river Mother Ganga, and your room will have direct access to its serene view which energises your soul at every moment simply by gazing at it. You will be fed with freshly Ayurvedic meals which bring peace to your inner self.

You will be given a well-balanced weekly organized schedule upon your arrival at the reception. You will in this entire week start your day with spiritual mantras along with the Pranayama techniques. Moreover, 2 hours of yoga sessions early morning and evening at the river bank by the Yogi ji will be conducted in small groups.

After lunch every day, you are free to explore Rishikesh. Take our native tour guide and explore the villages, the culture, the wilderness and the tourist attractions like “Beatles Ashram”, temples and various meditation caves where still yogis in their deep “Sadhanas” can be seen in the Himalayas.

In the evenings, you will have guided Meditation sessions which help you to progress spiritually in every possible way. Plus, twice a week, you will have the chance to attend the Yoga Spirituality philosophical lectures powered by the beloved Yogi Ji to guide you to live a meaningful, purposeful life.

In our yoga meditation retreat, the mind finds solace, untangling the knots of stress and worry, paving the way for spiritual growth and inner peace. Each breath and asana at the Ashram nurtures your soul’s journey towards self-discovery, enlightenment, and a deeper connection with the universe.

Second week – Spiritual trekking to the Himalayan Gomukh Glacier

Amidst the awe-inspiring scenery, our trek offers moments of introspection and spiritual connection through various meditation sessions and rituals. Engage in walking meditation, allowing the rhythm of your footsteps to harmonize with the natural symphony of the mountains. Participate in ancient rituals to worship at the sacred source of the Ganges, immersing yourself in the timeless traditions of the Himalayan people. Each meditation session and ritual serve as a gateway to inner peace and self-discovery, enhancing your connection to the divine and the natural world.

Day 10 Off to Gangnani (Hot water springs) upto Harshil (Approx. 240 kms)

We drive along to the Gangnani hot spring water which sits at the height of 10170 feet. Expect to see numerous charming cities, dense forests, villages, and sacred mountain temples along the way. We take breaks to refuel ourselves with the “Pahadi chai” and some snacks. Arrive at Gangnani Hot Springs, and relax as you take a bath in these steaming hot purifying waters. After the sacred hot springs, we move to Harshil. We arrive and sleep at the hotel after dinner.

Day 11 Approx. 3 KM Trekking to seven lakes, visit Tibetan village

Day 12 Harshil to Gangotri

We travel further towards Gangotri after breakfast and the Morning Yoga. As we reach this mesmerising pilgrim village we initiate our Spiritual trek to the Gomukh. As you march forward along the river, you will get to see devotees performing various styles of rituals and keeping the Mother Ganga water with themselves for their spiritual purpose. We meditate en route along with river and chant Mantras to invoke Mother Ganga’s presence among ourselves. We reach the magical town, and visit Ancient yogic Ashrams after our “Satvik lunch”. We continue our trek to “Pandav Gupha”. Attending the Ganga Aarti Ceremony at the famous Gangotri Temple will be a one-of-a-kind experience as you feel the strong divine blessings from the Mother. It will be a transformative trek while performing special rituals with fire and Mantras. Stay at Mahatma Yoga Ashram.

Day 13 Gangotri to Chirbasa to Bhojbasa ( 14 Kms trek)

Breakfast and we start our 14 km trek approx. to 12385 ft Gomukh Glacier. We will be crossing through the wilderness and many Ashrams along the way to reach first at Gangotri National Park. We practised meditation in the Mighty Himalayan Forest after we had lunch at the park. As we trek further through the older wooden bridges, you will see the super hairy Himalayan goats and other wildlife and get to interact with the Sages as they share their wisdom. We will make a stop at Chirbasa and learn their Meditation technique and enjoy their “Herbal Chai” and we move to Bhojwassa. While trekking through the forests, we are careful with at times fallen rocks. We visit the mountain temple along the way and continue further to Bhojbasa and after 4 hrs of trek, we will be resting along the Bhagirathi River and dine and sleep after evening prayers with rituals to please Bhagirathi River for her consent.

Day 14 Bhojbasa to Gomukh to Bhojbasa ( 10 km Rocky terrain trekking)

Wake up and breakfast and witness the unimaginable view of the Bhagirathi River under the Mighty Himalayas. After hot “Herbal Chai” we finally get our final trek to the “Source of the Mother Ganga”. It will be a hard final trek as we ascend further through the rocky terrain and reach the Sacred source of Mother Ganga. After 4 days of hard-earned trekking, you will be awestruck to see finally the Gomukh, the mystical powerful sound she makes while making her way out is a divine magical experience to witness. Considered the most spiritual trek of the Himalayas, it is your chance to cleanse your mind, body and soul as you take deep breaths and meditate right at the source and we perform a special ceremony to please Mother Ganga. Your meditation session next to her at the height of 12,760 feet will be a moment to cherish lifelong. We come back to Bhojbasa and rest again in the night along the Bhagirathi river with dinner and a Bonfire.

Day 15 Bhojbasa to Chirbasa to Gangotri (14 kms Trek) to Harshil drive

Breakfast, we trek downwards 5kms to Chirbasa and continuing to Gangotri. Reflect on to your last 5 days of amazing spiritual experience you gained and carry it forward for the rest of your life. As we reach Harshil, we lunch at the hotel prepared by the team. Choose to rest or wander in this magnificent Himalayan valley. Take pictures and breath. Evening meditation and dinner. Sleep.

Day 16 Harshil to Rishikesh drive of 245 kms

We breakfast and drive directly to Rishikesh. On our way, we will stop at Uttarkashi and lunch. After lunch, we stroll a bit and take pictures in this beautiful spiritual city famous for the place for Lord Shiva. Meditation session at the “Manikarnika Ghat” and we drive further to our Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh in evening. Dinner at the hotel and sleep and check out next day after healthy breakfast.

Day 17 Departure to Delhi

We check out and drive to Delhi to catch your flight to Mumbai. As you are in Mumbai, spend the remainder day in this vibrant 20-million-person city, widely famous for its Bollywood and considered a melting pot of cultural influences. Wander at streets of Mumbai at your own pace or choose a gastronomic tour that includes sampling local street cuisine. Sleep at your hotel.

Day 18 Mumbai tour (We'll Spend The 2 Days Here)

Discover Mumbai at dawn and witness the vibrant markets of Mumbai as you spend most of your morning there. As you walk through the markets, see Newspaper vendors getting ready for the day, street food and fruit vendors setting up their tables, and countless milkmen moving enormous canisters. later, watch fish being hauled in for the day by heading to the dock. After that, head out on your own or select from our variety of activities, choose to take a Bollywood tour of the city’s production houses and sleep at night in your hotel.

Wake up at your pace, have breakfast and be ready to explore Dhobi Ghat and later, Asia’s biggest slum with our local experienced specialised Dharavi Tourism guide. Evening Dinner at Hotel or street food at Mumbai Chowpati.

Dhobi Ghat – Step into the iconic Dhobi Ghat, Mumbai’s largest and oldest open-air laundry, where the rhythm of washing, drying, and ironing creates a mesmerizing spectacle. With over 700 washing platforms, this bustling hub is a testament to the resilience and efficiency of Mumbai’s workforce.

Dharavi Slum –  Experience the resilience and vibrancy of Dharavi, Asia’s largest slum, with our eye-opening Dharavi Slum Tour. Led by knowledgeable local guides, this tour offers a unique insight into daily life in one of Mumbai’s most bustling neighbourhoods. Explore narrow alleyways, bustling markets, and small-scale industries, and witness the spirit of entrepreneurship and community firsthand. From vibrant street art to heartwarming encounters with residents, this tour challenges stereotypes and celebrates the human spirit in the face of adversity. Witness a thought-provoking journey through Dharavi and gain a new perspective on Mumbai’s social landscape.

Day 20 Mumbai to Goa

Wake up, breakfast, we head towards Mumbai Airport for your flight to Goa. After you arrive, we head directly to your hotel or the homestay. Settle yourself and discover the nearby places on your own or take our tour guide to show you around and have chit-chat with the native Goan with fresh coconut water at the beach. Later, dinner at your hotel and sleep.

Day 21 Goa

Wake up bit early and we head for the Goa one of the best breakfast places for the authentic Goa morning feast. Later, we visit the North Goa spectacular beaches.

  • Baga Beach: For water sports like scuba diving, jet skiing and paragliding, dolphin cruises and banana, bumper and boat rides
  • Calangute Beach: For swimming, yoga, long walks, sunbathing, surfing, catamaran sailing and water skiing
  • Anjuna Beach: For water sports, Ayurvedic massages, hair braids and temporary tattoos

After Beach activities, as you crave for the lunch, we move to eat best of Goan seafood delicacies at one of the finest North Goan eateries.

After your Lunch, we continue to the beautiful Chapora Fort. A place where many Bollywood movie shooting took place. Get ready for good trekking with spectacular views during the sunset.

Later, we step into Vagator Beach to unwind if you are looking for a quieter and isolated beach where you can party at your own pace.

After a long day, we head to the hotel and sleep to get ready for the next day’s exploration.

Day 22 Old Goa

Quick Breakfast at the hotel and dive into Old Goa historical tour. After a lengthy drive, we arrive at Old Goa Velha Goa as you witness Goa’s Colonial past with its Medieval-era buildings.

After you discover Goa’s colonial past through its magnificent buildings, we head to Panaji tour where you get to explore Panaji’s bright, colourful Portuguese-era houses and the captivating churches.

In between we stop at the Panji’s finest café or restaurant to enjoy Goan meal with fresh coconut water to energise ourselves.

After your fulfilling lunch and Panaji sightseeing, we move to River Mandovi, where you board on a cruise to experience one of your best times. You see Goan traditional dance performances on Goan music in this hour-long sail. Moreover, witness beautiful sunset as you enjoy your cruise sail.

Day 23 South Goa

  • Benaulim Beach: For spice plantations, boat rides, bike rides and other water activities
  • Agonda Beach: For windsurfing, hiking and dolphin rides
  • Palolem Beach: For silent parties, dolphin spotting, scuba diving and sunset viewing
  • Polem Beach: For swimming and sunbathing
