Day 1: Arrival and Orientation

Arrive in Thiruvananthapuram and transfer to your Ayurveda resort. Welcome briefing and orientation about the detox program. Initial consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to assess your health and determine personalized treatments.

Become familiar with the special features and facilities in your room, including the hand-woven fabrics, the beautiful wood carvings on the ceiling, the mural painting, and the vintage furniture. Enjoy some downtime, unpack, and explore the resort’s 25 acres of amenities and features.

Day 2: Detox Commencement

Begin your detox journey with rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapies designed to cleanse the body of toxins.

Enjoy herbal massages, steam baths, and herbal oil treatments tailored to your body’s needs.
Introduction to yoga and meditation sessions to promote relaxation and mental clarity.

Day 3: Purification and Rejuvenation

  • Continue with detoxifying therapies focusing on purifying the body’s systems.
  • Herbal detox drinks and dietary adjustments to support the detox process.
  • Gentle yoga and breathing exercises to enhance circulation and release tension.

Day 4: Renewal and Healing

Day 5: Balance & Harmony

Day 7: Final Consultation & Wellness Plan

  • Participate in Ayurvedic cooking classes and local cultural shows.
  • Evening Ayurvedic Anti-stress massage with tips to make you feel rejuvenated, revitalized to maintain optimal health.
  • Optional program extension available or sleep overnight after dinner.

Day 8: Departure to Munnar

Wake up, have breakfast and leave for Munnar. Expect 3 3-hour drive and optional stops to take photos as you witness majestic waterfalls, dense jungle and beautiful Villages.

Excursion to the well-known hill station Munnar in the Western Ghats as we stroll into the mountains. Used to be the South Indian summer retreat for the British Empire, which lies at the meeting point of three mountain streams. Witness absolute serenity strolling through the tea, coffee, and spices estates. Discover more about local agriculture by visiting the Tata Tea Museum or simply unwinding in these tranquil surroundings. The evening is yours at the Windermere Estate or with the local family. Ancient Indian Martial arts form sessions can be optional.

Day 9: Munnar

This morning, take an included tuk-tuk tour around some of the region’s numerous tea farms in this age-old, three-wheeled rickshaw to get off the beaten path in Munnar. As you venture deeper into the area’s rural environs, with undulating fields and picturesque mountain slopes as a backdrop, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with locals. Or, if you’re feeling particularly energetic, consider signing up for the optional Letchmi Hills walk, which is a lovely stroll that allows you to explore the area’s sceneries on foot. At Windermere Estate, spend the night.

Day 10: Departure

Wake up and have breakfast and we head to the airport for your next adventurous Indian destination.
