Day 1, 2 - Delhi
Arrive at Delhi airport, transfer to hotel/homestay and relax. Evening, you will be wandering at the vibrant Connaught Place market, gazing at the Delhi nightlife along with tasting Delhi mouth-watering cuisine including street food.

Two weeks of Rishikesh Retreat and Spiritual trekking to Gomukh
During our two weeks of Spiritual Retreat, you will be staying the first week at the Rishikesh Retreat and in the second week you will be trekking up to the Gomukh Glacier. Gomukh is the very sacred Glacier and the source of the holy river Ganga.
We conduct various sacred rituals at the exact source and deeply engage in walking meditation with the help of Ancient Mantras. Your never-before-seen chance for spiritual development and self-realization will be enhanced by the enchanted mountains where unspoiled wilderness combines with the meditative energy of yogis and ancient pilgrims.

Second week – Spiritual trekking to the Himalayan Gomukh Glacier
Amidst the awe-inspiring scenery, our trek offers moments of introspection and spiritual connection through various meditation sessions and rituals. Engage in walking meditation, allowing the rhythm of your footsteps to harmonize with the natural symphony of the mountains. Participate in ancient rituals to worship at the sacred source of the Ganges, immersing yourself in the timeless traditions of the Himalayan people. Each meditation session and ritual serve as a gateway to inner peace and self-discovery, enhancing your connection to the divine and the natural world.
Day 1 Off to Gangnani ( Hot water springs ) up to Harshil ( Approx 240 kms)
We drive along to the Gangnani hot spring water which sits at the height of 10170 feet. Expect to see numerous charming cities, dense forests, villages, and sacred mountain temples along the way. We take breaks to refuel ourselves with the “Pahadi chai” and some snacks. Arrive at Gangnani Hot Springs, and relax as you take a bath in these steaming hot purifying waters. After the sacred hot springs, we move to Harshil. We arrive and sleep at the hotel after dinner.

Day 2 Approx. 3 KM Trekking to seven lakes, visit Tibetan village
We stay today at Harshil’s beautiful tiny village which is enriched with apple farming and also offers breathtaking scenery. We visit to the Dharali Village and do a meditation session where ancient sages got the enlightenment. Later, we are trekking to Saat Taals or Seven stunning Lakes on top of the mountains. After our Yoga and meditation session here, we will come to our lunch break. After a while, we will visit the bank of the Bhagirathi River where the locals greet you in the Tibetan style in their Village. You will find wooden homes everywhere and the smoke coming out of the wooden burnt flames while they prepare you an authentic Tibetan meal. Feast with them and come back to Harshil to sleep.

Day 3 Harshil to Gangotri
We travel further towards Gangotri after breakfast and the Morning Yoga. As we reach this mesmerising pilgrim village we initiate our Spiritual trek to the Gomukh. As you march forward along the river, you will get to see devotees performing various styles of rituals and keeping the Mother Ganga water with themselves for their spiritual purpose. We meditate en route along with river and chant Mantras to invoke Mother Ganga’s presence among ourselves. We reach the magical town, and visit Ancient yogic Ashrams after our “Satvik lunch”. We continue our trek to “Pandav Gupha”. Attending the Ganga Aarti Ceremony at the famous Gangotri Temple will be a one-of-a-kind experience as you feel the strong divine blessings from the Mother. It will be a transformative trek while performing special rituals with fire and Mantras. Stay at Mahatma Yoga Ashram.

Day 4 Gangotri to Chirbasa to Bhojbasa ( 14 Kms trek)
Breakfast and we start our 14 km trek approx. to 12385 ft Gomukh Glacier. We will be crossing through the wilderness and many Ashrams along the way to reach first at Gangotri National Park. We practised meditation in the Mighty Himalayan Forest after we had lunch at the park. As we trek further through the older wooden bridges, you will see the super hairy Himalayan goats and other wildlife and get to interact with the Sages as they share their wisdom. We will make a stop at Chirbasa and learn their Meditation technique and enjoy their “Herbal Chai” and we move to Bhojwassa. While trekking through the forests, we are careful with at times fallen rocks. We visit the mountain temple along the way and continue further to Bhojbasa and after 4 hrs of trek, we will be resting along the Bhagirathi River and dine and sleep after evening prayers with rituals to please Bhagirathi River for her consent.

Day 5 Bhojbasa to Gomukh to Bhojbasa ( 10 km Rocky terrain trekking)
Wake up and breakfast and witness the unimaginable view of the Bhagirathi River under the Mighty Himalayas. After hot “Herbal Chai” we finally get our final trek to the “Source of the Mother Ganga”. It will be a hard final trek as we ascend further through the rocky terrain and reach the Sacred source of Mother Ganga. After 4 days of hard-earned trekking, you will be awestruck to see finally the Gomukh, the mystical powerful sound she makes while making her way out is a divine magical experience to witness. Considered the most spiritual trek of the Himalayas, it is your chance to cleanse your mind, body and soul as you take deep breaths and meditate right at the source and we perform a special ceremony to please Mother Ganga. Your meditation session next to her at the height of 12,760 feet will be a moment to cherish lifelong. We come back to Bhojbasa and rest again in the night along the Bhagirathi river with dinner and a Bonfire.

Day 6 Bhojbasa to Chirbasa to Gangotri (14 kms Trek) to Harshil drive
Breakfast, we trek downwards 5kms to Chirbasa and continuing to Gangotri. Reflect on to your last 5 days of amazing spiritual experience you gained and carry it forward for the rest of your life. As we reach Harshil, we lunch at the hotel prepared by the team. Choose to rest or wander in this magnificent Himalayan valley. Take pictures and breath. Evening meditation and dinner. Sleep.

Day 7 Harshil to Rishikesh drive of 245 kms
We breakfast and drive directly to Rishikesh. On our way, we will stop at Uttarkashi and lunch. After lunch, we stroll a bit and take pictures in this beautiful spiritual city famous for the place for Lord Shiva. Meditation session at the “Manikarnika Ghat” and we drive further to our Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh in evening. Dinner at the hotel and sleep and check out next day after healthy breakfast.
