Day 1

Arrival and refreshing traditional Kerala-style welcome at Thiruvendupuram airport. Later, head towards our finest Ayurveda rejuvenation resort.

Upon arrival, our amiable guest relations experts will greet and assist you at the Resort. As you arrive, you’ll be shown to your room, which is prepared for you, and given a cool welcome drink and cold towels.

Become familiar with the special features and facilities in your room, including the hand-woven fabrics, the beautiful wood carvings on the ceiling, the mural painting, and the vintage furniture.

Following a delectable meal, relax some siesta, and at 5 p.m., stop by our traditional tea store to sample the tea and pastries that are provided at ThattuKada.

Take an unspoiled sunset sail on the Vembanad Lake at 5:30 p.m. while listening to classical music.

Go back to the resort and enjoy some alone time.

Dinner is served at the multi-cuisine restaurant from 7.30 to 10.30 p.m.

Poovar Island

Poovar Island is a serene haven amidst the picturesque backwaters of Kerala. The tranquil atmosphere and wealth of natural beauty make it the perfect getaway from the busy city life. Poovar is a tiny fishing community situated between the Neyyar River and the Arabian Sea.

Travellers love it for its swaying palm and coconut palms, golden sands, rich vegetation, and breathtaking sunsets. It takes a boat to reach the remote Poovar beach. You can go on a boat ride along the backwaters, passing through mangrove woods. Ayurvedic therapy and yoga classes are also available at some centres.

Spend your remainder day at the beach then dinner at the Paragon Restaurant, Trivandrum

One of Trivandrum, Kerala’s hottest restaurants is Paragon. With its rich flavours and mouthwatering presentation, our classic Asian dish is a favourite among customers. Special event catering is offered by the restaurant’s branch located in the city.

We recommend that you try the mango-infused fish curry! A Paragon dish is among the best. You should give it a try even if they are charging more. For starters, they offer excellent choices.

Day 6:

Wake up at your own pace then have breakfast at Zam Zam

Popular Middle Eastern eatery Zam Zam is well-known in Trivandrum for its delicious fare. Though there are many different foods on the menu from all over the world, the chicken shawarma and crispy grilled chicken are the most well-known. Both are quite tasty and well-known among patrons.

On our nth visit to Bun Cafe, we sampled some nutritious meatball soup, chicken sausage hot dogs, and Dilli chai this time. The food was of the highest quality and tasted amazing. In particular, I’ve grown to love healthy meatball soup, and I’ll tell my friends about it.

Connemara Market, Palayam

After a relaxed breakfast, we head towards Connemara Market, considered to be popular among natives.

A well-liked location for shopping is Connemara Market, which is situated in Palayam, Trivandrum. It has a lot of neighbourhood stores that offer reasonably priced necessities. Vegetables, seafood, meat, groceries, fabrics, and clothing are just a few of the many products available in this newly refurbished market area. It functions as a centre for domestic goods due to the abundance of merchants and traders.

After a bit tiring tour of the markets, we stopped at Varnam Seafood Restaurant for tasty Kerala-style seafood.

Varnam Seafood Restaurant has excellent seafood, so you should check it out. They only offer the freshest seafood, and while preparing meat dishes, they only utilize the greatest oils and seasonings. No matter how you’re feeling, they have something to offer. The staff at the restaurant is polite and it is kept up nicely. It’s an essential lunch destination.
After your fulfilling lunch, we move towards either Shanghumukham Beach or Agasthyarkoodam to explore the Sahyadri mountain range or to feel the Sea serenity with refreshing coconut water.

Popular but quiet Shanghumukham Beach is near the Central Railway Station and the International Airport. With your family, you can have a calm and breezy evening at the beach. Photographers will love to capture the beautiful sunsets over the crystal-clear waters

After your exhausting day blended with great food and strolling at the beach, we head to the hotel after having dinner on the way at Villa Maya, Trivandrum.

About the Rejuvenation program

Because the retreat is tailored to your comfort and requirements, daily yoga and meditation are offered but are completely optional.
